Cancellation of $400 Annual Link

Among other things, VVI retains the right to cancel this link on thirty days notice to you via email (or upon such shorter notice as may be designated by VVI in the event that VVI believes that further allowance of the link will expose VVI to liability or other adverse consequences), in which case you shall only be responsible for the pro-rata portion of payments attributable to the period preceding such termination or a minimum fee of $200 whichever is larger..

If you wish to terminate your service, simply remove your return link to St-John.com from your front page. If you remove your return link from your front page, VVI will remove the link from St-John.com to your web site. In such case, there is no refund of any portion of your annual fee.
