Sunsets in the Caribbean are Spectacular. The best way to enjoy the sunset is, of course, from the water, where the view is unobstructed and a friendly crew is there to see to your every need.
We board from Sapphire Beach Resort Marina at 5:00pm. You are greeted, given a brief history of the boat, and orientation, along with your first cold drink of the evening.  We set sail to a picture-perfect cove to anchor for dinner.

ZOZO'S RESTAURANT

We change our menu four to five times a year depending on the availability of seasonal local items.  Traditionally, Italians eat an appetizer course first, followed by a small pasta course, then a meat or fish entrée for dinner.  We have fresh pasta appetizers plus a house made pasta special every evening to allow you to dine in this fashion.  Although we do not have a vegetarian item on the menu, we will always try to create something to please you.
